Identify your Excalibur Fireplace

Model number: You can find the model number on your invoice or on the front cover of the installation manual. The model number is also on the serial number decal. See below.

Serial Number: You can find the serial number for your unit on the decal attached to the fireplace. See below for details.

Serial Number Decal Location

Excalbur Fireplaces have the the serial number decal on a plate which is located inside the bottom of the fireplace behind the bottom louver. Open or remove the bottom louver.

Decal layout varies for each unit but they all have the serial number in the top right corner and the model number is printed in the top left or left side.
